this gives you the ability to exalt (thank or honor with a +1) another fellow user or smite (penalize with -1). I've created this so you can rate each other, but IT IS NOT A COMPETITION! Don't go around smiting or exalting everyone, only when they deserve it. Since we are all good people on her there shouldn't be any smites reported to me. If i find that people are abusing this option i'll have to disable it. Over time, if or when, this forum expands and users start pouring in i will give promotions to users the moderators and myself feel deserve. Every so often i may promote a user to a mod. Good karma helps but please, dont ask for an exalt.
