Pete Wentz would bring A LOT of popularity to the band, I think. How much more can he possibly bring? Pete is the reason D.R.U.G.S. Exists. They are signed on his label, he advertises for them. He will not be bassist. Its just not gonna happen True. I really doubt he will be, but I just think he has more popularity overall than Craig Owens does. There shouldn't really be a disagreement there. A lot more people would follow any band Pete Wentz is in than a band Craig Owens is in. |

I doubt it'll be Pete, I know that rumor was started because he tweeted "Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows" the day they announced their band name or whatever, but he is a huge part of Decaydance so I would assume that's why. I really don't think it'll be him, I kinda hope it's not him, because that would come with a lot of annoying fan girls. He's a great guy and musician but yeah.
I'd be totally stoked if it was Manning, but I doubt it. He seems really fixated on his lady and his art.
I heard somewhere it may be Cove Reber of Saosin? But I didn't even know he played bass so yeah...

I highly doubt its gonna be cove for one he's an absolute tosser, second matt and cove do not get along and third does he play bass...? haha

Because I remember FFTL and Saosin had problems, and I've never even heard of Cove playing bass... Someone said it on a page and was like insisting but I doubt it's true, just a rumor. |

Matt Manning would be a good addition tho i think. It's definitely not pete. Just because he played bass with CinSun doesnt mean anything. Maybe he'll be featured on a song screaming or something but not much else than. that. I mean i remember way in the begining Fall of Troy members were being thrown around as members of this band, maybe their bassist is joining up?

I think that was because craig posted a pic of an orange amp, pedal board and someones shoes saying my new bands guitarist or something along those lines. Fall of Troy had just announced their split, so everyone thought it was Thomas Erak because he uses orange amps. I agree Manning would be awesome highly unlikely though. |

The bass guitarist is probably still in a band thats why he hasn't been announced yet. Craig did mention that there was some creases to be ironed out. I reckon he's planning to release who it is to coincide with Chiodos cd release on Oct 5th just to steal a little of their thunder. He already did it once releasing the bands name the same day Chiodos released their first song via myspace, plus he has been saying the bassist will be announced very soon lately.

Not knowing is going to drive me crazy, haha. There have been rumors that Confide is splitting, but I'm not sure Trevor and Craig know each other. (Side note: if Confide splits, I'm going to be all kinds of bummed.)
In the beginning, I really just figured that Marcus would be playing bass for Craig's new band.

They dropped of the Band of Brothers tour, Miss May I made a statement that the reason for them doing so, is because they plan on splitting. Shortly after that, Joel Piper tweeted "My phone and email is blowing up right now. Some of you guys might know why." The next day, Miss May I's statement was gone and so was Joel's tweet. |
