It is, Brendon said it in an interview.
and March the 8th isn't a real date, Zack (their security guard) said that there is no date at the moment.
So i'm a bit pissy on that one -__-

I love Panic! too. Their first album was a lot better to me. And I really like "New Perspective," I think that the next album will be great. Ryan was sort of an attention whore. Oh and did you hear about the picture of him with three girls draped around him and some cocaine on the table? I don't really like him.

that photo is great! I think ryans a champion. I used to write patd fanfiction to the max lol, I could not read any other ff besides the patd ones, I got so emotional reading them hahaha.

Oh man that picture of Ryan was a very long time ago. Like over a year ago. There was some interview about it and he was like 'I had no idea that it was there!'
Yeah bullshit you didn't know it was there. But I still kinda love him. He's a little bit of a hipster now and I don't really like it. But oh well
